Delivery time

We aim to deliver to you within 7 working days from you placing your order. Due to the value of the gift we only offer a tracked delivery service. The cost is £8. If you would like to contact us please do so:

You can pay online with most credit or debit cards and also with paypal. The online payment system is managed by Ogone and is a fully secure and encrypted service with any bank details only being visible to Ogone.


Firstly choose the gift you would like to personalize. Next choose the photograph you would like us to engrave and download it from your pc, tablet or phone.

This photograph will be sent to us with your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders with images we consider inappropriate.

The vitricsbox is a gift for portraits and as such we cannot accept orders with more than 3 people included in one image.

If you do not have an account you will be asked if you would like to create an account with your name and address. We need these details to process and send you your order.

Follow each step and at the end you will be asked to complete your credit card details. We cannot access this part of the order process, it is not visible to us. All the card details you provide are encrypted.

After having placed you order you will be sent by e-mail an order confirmation, and a few days later confirmation of the dispatch of your engraved personalized photo gift.
